A new job

I don’t like going into personal stuff a lot but I have a good reason I disappeared and it would be a shame not to share it. I’ve got a new job.

Still doing Policy & Comms work – which I wouldn’t like to change anytime soon – only now I’m in a new sector. The results of course being that everything takes me twice as long as before doing something I need to read up on about 2 years of developments. Policy work tends to be a lot about reading and analysis either way but this is verging on the ridiculous. It’s been about 3 weeks now and I am starting to feel a bit more comfortable with things. I still love it though, the subject matter is extremely interesting and the people are great.

Hopefully I am a bit more able to manage my time at the office now so I’ll be blogging a lot more. See ya around!
